SAIC is seeking a member for the Exploitation Operations Management (EOM) Team at the National Media Exploitation Center (NMEC). EOM is the center point for NMEC for receiving collection information and requirements. EOM also provides customer outreach and collaboration on incoming collections. We provide DOMEX exploitation capabilities that support the IC, DoD, Law Enforcement, and Homeland Security in the areas of:  Program Management, Operations and Integration, Intel Specialists, Intelligence Analysts, Collections Analysts, Media Analysts, Data Management/Science. 

We are seeking a new team member with collection management skills and customer outreach background. In the Collection Analyst position, you will be recognized for the work you put in. You will work on multiple tasks that will range from multiple levels of importance. You will learn multiple new skills and programs while in this position along with meeting with many other positions at the center and get an understanding of what they do.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assistance with DOMEX requirements and requests for services levied against NMEC and participate in community boards to prioritize requirements for the just application of resources and capabilities.
  • Assistance with preparing NMEC input to IC unified intelligence strategies, collection strategies, and collection directives.
  • Provide recommendations regarding upgrades to the DOMEX requirements management system.
  • Coordinate with customers on the efficient and timely delivery of media to NMEC
  • Coordinate with on and off site LNO’s to ensure media is shared with the center and results are disseminated to all interested parties. 

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, within a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and 5+ years' of overall professional experience
  • Experience using CHROME Reporting Tool
  • Must be willing to work in a highly collaborative approach, managing multiple competing priorities and assignments
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience and capability using HUMINT Online Tasking and Reporting Systems.

Desired:

  • Experience working with representatives from multiple agencies in the IC.
  • Experience with providing input to IC or Interdepartmental working groups/sessions or forums.
  • Experience reviewing Official Message Traffic/Cables.
  • Experience in managing customer support.
  • Experience using DoD or IC portals to input data and exchange information.

Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
