SAIC is looking for a Web\Content Developer to support a dynamic program in Chantilly, Virginia. This position requires an active TS/SCI with Poly. The primary duties are to facilitate process to ingest multiple organization data standards into collaborative environment and provide automated visual aids and data reports. Provide searchable, filterable, interactive engagement travel calendar to include AORs, Provide automation and workflow process, identify requirements to host interface COIs and for Ds&Os, collaborate user needs collection process and provide automated visual aids and data reports Establish NRO collaborative environment homepage capturing dashboards and metrics, enable integration with other enterprise tools. Develop, test, and deploy content solutions using custom scripts, web parts and features and other advanced tool applications.  We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual with a background in information technology. Applicant needs to have strong customer service and communication skills and the ability to learn new concepts quickly.  Organization and documentation skills are required as well.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance web portal user interface
• Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills
• Provide services to support management, ensures maximum effectiveness in the use of resources for the timely completion of project
• Recommend changes to applications, content, and presentations as necessary to enhance effectiveness of applications 
   

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI w/poly
• Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or another applicable field with 5 years’ experience.  Relevant years of experience can be substituted in lieu of degree
• SharePoint client-side development experience using JavaScript frameworks/libraries and other relevant front-end web technologies
• Experience using InfoPath and SharePoint designer to develop workflows and data view web parts 

Desired Skills:

• Experience with client-side technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, CAML, XSLT, Rest API/ Web Services to be able to use the SharePoint client object model (CSOM) to query lists, manipulate list items and create on-demand reports and mashup of data to deliver content in an easy to understand manner.
• Experience of HTML, CSS, XSLT and Master Pages to manipulate look and feel of SharePoint sites and deliver a user-friendly experience to the client 
• Experience with out-of-the-box SharePoint capabilities, including hierarchy, permissions, site and list templates, web parts development, workflow and content management
• Experience developing PowerShell scripts as needed
• Perform testing and debugging skills, continuously test webpages for possible errors
• Work effectively and collaboratively with KM/Web Development
