Description
The Peripheral Support Specialist assists in the issue and receipt of IT equipment, materials, and supplies. Working environment is a mix of both an office setting and a warehouse environment. Support personnel may be required to routinely lift or move objects unassisted up to 70 pounds. The Government Property Manager or the COR shall review work for accuracy, timeliness, and conformance to regulatory guidelines and technical specifications as appropriate.

Note: Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder who has resided in the U.S. for at least 3 years and who has the ability to obtain a Public Trust determination.
Qualifications
Experience: Must have a minimum of 5 years of related experience providing IT Hardware and Software Deployment,
Troubleshooting, and Problem Resolution support to end users.
Duties: Performs day-to-day activities required to provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support to end users, to include,
move/add/change of end user equipment, software install and upgrades, and general troubleshooting and
problem resolution
5 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s may be used.
