Description

SAIC is looking for a Help Desk Intern to join our team in Washington D.C. supporting the FDA. This individual will be the first line of contact for all support request and responsible for the following:

 

  • Input requests into ServiceNow and assign to correct team (support or engineering team)
  • Create tickets for requests that come through distro, email, chat, etc
  • Take calls from team phone line 
  • Escalate emergency tickets to support team
  • Answer general inquiries
  • Help users navigate through Service Catalog for specific engineering related requests
  • Create and generate ServiceNow reports
  • Create tickets for requests that came directly to team members and assign to them
  • Handle additional related assignments (updating property lists, project documents, etc)

Qualifications

 High School and two (2) or more years of college coursework in a technical field
