SAIC in support of the Horizon Program serves the US Space Force and assists the Space Systems Center (SSC) Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power (SSC/SZ) in their mission to develop, acquire, field, and sustain vital, cutting edge military space capabilities for our warfighters, civil space, and allies.  To support this complex and dynamic portfolio of next generation space enterprise solutions, Horizon is seeking a Systems Master Schedule Integrator.  The candidate will work onsite, co-located and closely integrated with the government customer in El Segundo, California.
  • Obtain schedule data and pertinent information to develop, integrate, manage and maintain extremely complex enterprise and program master schedules
  • Develop a Government enterprise Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and a program (IMP)
  • Identify and evaluate critical enterprise and program milestones, integrated master schedules (IMS), and cross enterprise and program dependencies
  • Track and status Government Furnished Equipment, Property, etc.  (GFx) delivery schedules.  Integrate GFx into enterprise and program maser schedules.  Work with development contractor to de-conflict resource constraints and GFx delivery delays
  • Provide analytical analysis of schedule conflicts, disconnects, and discrepancies.  Develop schedule and IMS analytical tools for Government Integrated Program Teams (IPTs)
  • Track and report progress on the schedule accomplishments and delays.  Present enterprise and program master schedule data to IPTs and leadership
  • Support the government customer in defining, capturing, and mitigating schedule issues throughout the system lifecycle 
  • Collaborate with prime contractors, other support contractors, government civilians, and members of the U.S. Space Force

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 15+ years of related experience. A Master’s Degree requires 13+ years and a PhD requires 10+ years of experience
  • Requires an active TS/SCI clearance in JPAS or in-scope SSBI
  • Work proficiently on unusually complex technical problems and provide solutions which are highly innovative and/or creative
  • Ability to recommend/support decision making processes on program matters and ensure effective achievement of program objectives

Target salary range: $175,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
