JOB DESCRIPTION:  SAIC is seeking an experienced program integrator to provide programmatic support to a Customer office that performs important research to ensure that future mission capabilities are prepared for tomorrow’s challenging environment.  This includes collaborating with mission partners to research new technologies to create fresh solutions with enhanced technical capabilities.  The successful candidate will convert strategy into action and develop implementation timelines to achieve desired outcomes.  The branch focuses on technical requirements and includes a communications team, a makerspace unit, and a technical research funding program along with other activities.  The candidate must be a self-starter who can work independently and handle multiple tasks.  Additional duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Adapt quickly to emerging requirements and prioritize to meet Customer goals.
• Assist with strategic planning and proposal creation.
• Analyze and categorize disparate information into digestible formats for a range of stakeholders, including senior management.
• Facilitate workflows and digital tools that integrate National Lab information into team business processes and workflows.
• Draft clear and concise cables on the Customer system, and monitor incoming cables.
• Ensure timely completion of Customer activities and requests.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on requirements collection and other mission needs.

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Required Qualifications:

• Must have current TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and (14) years or more of related experience. Masters and (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and (9) years or more experience.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic direction into concrete plans and initiatives.
• Record of accomplishment supporting the customer on planning, implementing, and tracking team initiatives and deliverables.
• Ability to communicate and interact collaboratively and persuasively in person and in writing.
• Outstanding coordination skills and ability to build strong customer relationships, along with a high comfort level managing multiple requirements.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
• Experience monitoring the Customer’s cable system and drafting cables for release.
• Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint, including creating engaging PowerPoint slides with limited text.
• Expertise with Hive, OneNote, or similar applications to manage and share program documentation.
