SAIC is seeking a Collection Orchestration Strategist to work on the LANDMARK AOS program.  The Strategist a self-starter with experience operating in multiple intelligence domains. You will possess the ability to develop automated strategies leveraging multi-intelligence domains to resolve complex customer problems and possess advanced ability to use automated analytic tools to focus intelligence collection on emerging issues, improving the customer's probability of results. Responsibilities include providing automation and integration support to SENTIENT SimOps activities such as sense-maker development, application integration, collection mission automation, dashboard development and mission/event evaluation.  This position is located in Chantilly, VA. All candidates must have an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.

LANDMARK AOS is a large Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) contract, supporting the customer’s Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generate collection orchestration workflows and automated strategies in the SimOps environment to prototype and demonstrate new capabilities and concepts
  • Work collaboratively with customer organizations and mission partners to understand intelligence needs and devise automated workflows to address those needs. 
  • Team within the System Program Office to enable greater interoperability and automation between applications, drive technical and acquisition recommendations, and impact analyses for the reinvestment in strategic capabilities
  • Present simulation results to customer leadership and stakeholders. 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Required Clearance: TS/SCI with CI polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree (STEM preferred) and 9 years total experience (or a MS degree + 7 years).    Significant applicable work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with stakeholders and colleagues in an operational environment
  • Advanced familiarity with automated tools and suites (JEMA, ARGUS/LMSS, FADE, MIEP, SENTIENT (ECO/ETAS), Thresher, HYPERION) and understand their interoperability/applicability
  • Experience in creating automated models which: ingest multiple data sources; analyze data to discover key patterns or events applicable to a mission need; output the appropriate information to meet customer requirements (such as visualization, reports or alerts)
  • Direct experience with National level intelligence disciplines and be able to effectively incorporate into them into strategy development
  • Familiar with mission products and data types across intelligence domains (GEOINT, MASINT, SIGINT)
  • Self-starter who is able to complete tasks as set forth by their direct technical leadership with minimal intervention
  • Ability to multi-task in an enthusiastic environment with changing priorities

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with modeling and/or scripting (JEMA, Python, JAVA, JAVAScript)
  • Experience with geo-temporal modeling and analysis (GEOJSON, ARCGis, WKT)
  • Familiar with analysis tool suites (SPLUNK, ELK, EXCEL, Tableau, etc.)
