Description
SAIC is currently seeking a motivated, career and customer service-oriented Hardware Printer Support Technician to join our team in Albuquerque, NM.
Duties:
- Pickup/ship/deliver equipment to multiple offices and various locations
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must be able to walk for a large portion of the day
- Update asset tag information in database
- Update/Close tickets in ServiceNow ticketing system
Qualifications
Required:
-
High School graduate + 3yrs experience. or AA degree with 1 year experience or BS with 0 years experienc
- Must be able to obtain a DOE level Q clearance
- Must be a US Citizen
Desired:
- A+ Certification or higher desired
