Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI jQuery Developer to join our dynamic development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces using jQuery and other front-end technologies.
NOTE: This position is a fully remote / work from home position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain user interfaces using jQuery, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Write clean, efficient and well-documented code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Test and debug code to ensure browser compatibility and optimal performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development
Qualifications
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience.
- Proven experience as a UI jQuery Developer
- Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS/SAAS, jQuery and Widget Factory, Jasmine, Karma and Handlebars
- Experience with front-end development frameworks such as AngularJS, ReactJS, and VueJS is a plus
- Strong understanding of web standards and best practices
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A portfolio of previous work is highly desirable
