Description
SAIC is seeking a Targeter with a background in a variety of tools and technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in tactical, operational & strategic intelligence support. Other responsibilities include the ability to use a variety of analytical methodologies to support predominantly technical issues (e.g. target analysis, link/relationship discovery and analysis, temporal analysis, and other quantitative methods) and proficiency in describing collection requirements and targeting information to technical and non-technical audiences and senior leadership.
The selected candidate must have a solid understanding of technical collections and experience creating targeting packages. Our ideal candidate will be able to operate in high pressure, fast-paced environments and be able to manage large and small projects.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Minimum of 9 years of targeting or other ops/intel experience
- Target-package building experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in at least 1 foreign language
- Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience
Desired:
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) Certification
- Experience with computer network exploitation
