Job Description


SAIC is seeking an experienced Wargaming Lead in Fort Benning, GA to support the Maneuver Battle Lab Modeling and Simulation Branch to lead wargames and tabletop experiments (TTXs).


  • Design wargames and tabletop experiments (TTXs)
  • Work closely with the Senior Facilitator and Analysts to plan, prepare, execute, and report on Wargames or TTX
  • Serve as the primary operator of the computer driven wargaming tool used to provide context to the Wargame or TTX
  • When required, will support Simulation Experiments and Conferences hosted by the MBL as White Cell Lead or Lead for the Adjudication Cell
  • Facilitate Wargames and TTXs in the absence of the Senior Facilitator



  • Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; experience accepted in lieu of degree
  • Field Grade experience in Maneuver units
  • Graduate of United States Army Command and General Staff College (CGSC) required
  • Must have a strong knowledge of maneuver doctrine and formations and the US Army Concepts and Capabilities Development Process


  • Must have an Active Secret Clearance to be considered
  • Must be a current US Citizen 


  • Retired Maneuver and Combat Arms Officer
  • War College graduate
  • Combat experience
  • Experience working in the US Army Concepts and Capabilities process
