We are seeking a Corporate Communication Specialist to develop a comprehensive site visit plan to be incorporated during the construction phase. Upon approval, and within appropriate timelines, this individual would coordinate and run all site visits for N2W.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide written materials for all N2W communication products including websites, presentations, pamphlets, and information guides. This includes coordination with subject matter experts to obtain accurate details for each product
  • Serve as liaison with NGA Component working group members to update the content of agency websites, policies and procedures in preparation for deployment to N2W.
  • Coordinate details of events such as town halls, Jabber sessions, and all workforce engagement requirements.
  • Recommend appropriate community relations activities, develop a calendar of events, and provide a monthly calendar of events to the PMO.
  • Manage event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support and pre- and post-event evaluations.
  • Edit and design promotional materials through the Office of Corporate Communications.
  • Build a schedule for ad hoc visits for non-NCE, NGA visits, and public officials as determined by the assigned government lead.
  • Manage logistics including transportation, instructions, and other relevant notifications for each visit.
  • Advertise tour options and requirements as directed by the government lead.
  • Notify N2W leadership of all site visit issues to determine if adjustments are required.
  • Provide regular tour attendee assessments and feedback to T&E Assistant Program Manager.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI required start and able to obtain TS/SCI w/ Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or similar. 
  • 10 years with Bachelor Degree.  8 Years and Masters Degree.
  • Demonstrated experience developing written event plans including timelines and logistic requirements.
  • Must have 5 years demonstrated experience using the Web to conduct research, event administration, and procurement and high proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated experience with Web communications, publishing, usability, and/or social media.

This position is eligible for a $15,000 sign-on bonus, paid within the first 30 days of employment.
