Description

• Identifying, capturing, coordinating and managing schedule needs across the Space Sensing (i.e. MW and EM) capability areas
• Leading a team of schedule analysts to develop, manage, integrate and maintain space and ground schedules and schedule related products for all Space Sensing capability areas across the full system lifecycle
• Distributing the schedule project workload across the scheduling team and ensuring scheduling best practices are applied to all schedule products
• Interacting with SE&I and government leads to ensure that all schedule needs are captured
• Identifying disconnects or issues within and among schedule products and identifying plans for resolution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Aeronautical, Communications Engineering (technical), Math, Physics, or similar and 14+ Years of related experience
• Active Secret Clearance
• 10+ years - Systems Engineer or Project Manager
• 5+ years - Planning and Development efforts, Agile experience, tool knowledge
• Experience with reviewing, revising, and briefing MS Project schedules
• Experience with resource allocation, constraints, and schedule critical-path analysis

• Master’s Degree is preferred
• Active TS/SCI Clearance desired
• Experience with developing and planning test schedules for large systems
• Experience leading the creation of schedules and processes to manage them.  Experience using scheduling tools like Kidsa Milestones Professional, Barbecana Full Monte, and DCMA 14-point schedule assessment
• SSC OPIR, Environmental Monitoring systems or equivalent experience
