JOB DESCRIPTION:  The Customer within a new Mission Center is seeking to access information that directs multiple technology focused initiatives.  These efforts will assist Customer activities against high-priority technology goals.  The candidate will utilize all-sources and cross community relationships to develop an integrated approach to obtaining information that will help protect U.S. emerging technologies in support of customer requirements.  Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Support program coordinators and partners closely along with Customer and other IC stakeholders, to maintain awareness of operational need across six technical priority topics.
• Drive the development of activities and partner engagements through utilizing all-source information to identify and prioritize key nodes, and expand relationships within these complex networks to identify opportunities to address mission priorities.
• Work closely with program coordinators to collaborate across IC partners to harness cross-IC coordination in addition to cross-agency collaboration and synchronization.

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Required Qualifications:

• Current TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.
• Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information for varying audiences.
• Strong critical thinking skills and record of collaborating across Customer mission partners on analytic production, targeting packages, and/or collection requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to understand stakeholder needs and apply all-source information to develop network analysis that results in creative solutions to complex problems.
• Experience with Customer’s cable databases.

Desired Qualifications:

• At least Level Chinese language skills.
• Demonstrated experience using the full suite of technical and enterprise data analytic tools to support operational activities and analytic production.
• Ability to work within small teams, brainstorm ideas, support group decisions, and solicit opinions from coworkers.
• Demonstrated self-starter in situations of ambiguity; ability to clearly define and articulate mission objectives with direction through completion.
