Description
SAIC’s National Intelligence Community (NIC) Business Unit, USG Mission and Information Technology Division, provides solutions and services supporting digital modernization programs in areas such as systems engineering, multi-cloud computing, cybersecurity, data science and analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning, quantum computing, application development, SecDevOps, cloud network operations, and secure communications.
We are seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master / Integrated Master Scheduler to join our multi-million dollar National Intelligence program supporting the Cloud Investment Multi-Cloud Management (CIMM) team. As a contributor to the Intelligence Community’s first multi-cloud initiative, you will be at the epicenter of emergent cloud computing technologies, establishing a foundation that will evolve to include all agencies within the IC. As a Scrum Master / Integrated Master Scheduler, you will communicate, coordinate, and facilitate to ensure timely deliverables and successful program execution.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
Using Agile methodology practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items
Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes
Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials
Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders
Utilizing Microsoft Project to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
Integrating all program activities, including program management, engineering, development, procurement operations, logistics, manufacturing, and related activities into the master plan
Integrating the master schedule to the cost baseline, ensuring cost data is consistent with schedule information
Developing, updating, and maintaining schedule performance metrics, related processes, and management tools within the organization to include critical path analysis and schedule risk assessment
Qualifications
Desired qualifications:
Experience working on multiple cloud platforms
Experience with a requirements analysis tools and processes
Experience with successful full life cycle cloud development projects
Team player with the ability to collaborate with various enterprise teams (e.g., application, networking, and security), and develop solutions and resolve issues
Ability to apply principles and techniques of business management, computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis and other methodology, as appropriate (e.g., Six Sigma and/or Rational Unified Process)
Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options, and implement solutions
Ability to translate requirements into end-to-end designs for systems that involve multiple interfaces and supporting data repositories
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
Certification(s):
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
