Systems Engineer/Integrator

SAIC has an immediate opening on a prime program that directly supports national security. We are looking for a Systems Integrator that is highly motivated, self-driven and results-oriented, to support an important customer operations organization.  The successful candidate will apply a well-rounded set of skills and customer experience to support a variety of tasks to help them most effectively execute their mission. Strong skills with presenting data using Tableau, and/or MS Excel, is required. The candidate must be able to thrive in an environment that requires interactions with numerous stakeholders and have the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver products that meet customer expectations.  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience
• Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly
• Experience and ability to work closely with customer front office leadership to support the various aspects of their organization; strong interpersonal skills, tact and judgement are required
• Proven ability to work independently without oversight on task completion, coordinating with appropriate stakeholders as necessary
• An understanding of the customer’s personnel rotation schedule and phasing to help them develop a strategy for program calls that can be implemented to most effectively track resource assignments, whether for TDY or PCS rotations, and present that information graphically
• Ability to track operations details and generate metrics, presenting them in creative visual ways to most effectively enable the customer to digest the information
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to interpret information and ask clarifying questions to deliver products that meet customer expectations the first time
• Ability to capture actions, disposition them, track them and follow through to ensure completion
• Ability to help the customer manage a small procurement budget, presenting data using Tableau
• Ability to coordinate, schedule and help run meetings as needed
• Ability to update content on customer internal webpages and in applications
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
