Description
SAIC is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to work on the MM III Weapon System replacement Sentinel. SAIC provides engineering & advisement support to the USAF for the Sentinel program. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a once in a lifetime project.
Responsibilities will include:
- Advising the government on acquisition decisions
- Supporting major design reviews
- Review contractor engineering products & deliverables
- Review contractor specifications and requirement traceability from USG Weapon Systems specification
- Evaluation of contractor design against the Weapon System requirements
- Requirements management in Digital Engineering environment
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor and 9 years of experience or more, Master and 7 years of experience or more
- Experience in systems engineering of complex systems
- Experience with requirement management in Digital Engineering environment
- Experience with requirements traceability from use cases to verification activities
- Experience with configuration control of engineering artifacts
- DoD Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance granted in the last 5 years
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with directly supporting and interfacing with a Government customer
- Experience with Digital Systems Engineering tools (DOORS, CORE, TeamCenter, Cameo, etc.)
