SAIC has an immediate opening on a prime program that directly supports national security! We are seeking a highly motivated Configuration Manager with integration and test experience to support a critical customer activity.  The successful candidate must be able to operate both independently and proactively, as well as in team environments, to drive program-level configuration management and integration and testing for this IT-focused effort. 

Qualifications

• Minimum of 11 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 13 years of experience with no degree
• Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly
• Experience drafting program configuration management, integrated test and quality assurance plans and keeping documents current and available prior to integration testing
• Ability to collect, document and contribute to acceptance criteria for program-level releases in conjunction with the Program Release Manager
• Experience developing and implementing program-level configuration management audit processes to ensure CM is being managed and supported, versions are maintained and correct and changes are managed and tracked
• Experience working with release managers and SCRUM Masters to create program schedules and milestones regarding production versions
• Ability to design and coordinate all test cases and scenarios, including parallel regression testing of components and interfaces in the ecosystem, that are set during SCRUMs and set the schedule to move into production
• Ability to draft bi-weekly updates for the customer program manager on program test plan work, issues and considerations
• Ability to identify and document test cases based on satisfying an overall test matrix mapped to specific requirements, and develop test strategies for the evaluation of systems, equipment and dataset samples
• Experience reviewing component-level testing procedures and artifacts
• Ability to develop procedures and documentation for implementing a disaster recovery plan
• Experience collaborating with component product owners and component leads on CM and integrated testing
• Experience witnessing testing, resolving ambiguities and documenting test findings

Desired:

• Demonstrated experience with Agile software development
• Ability to collaborate with tech writers and program policy personnel
• Familiarity with JIRA, MS Office, Confluence, Web Content Management, Skype and VTC
• Demonstrated experience providing high-level customer service support to senior executives/leaders
• Demonstrated experience communicating complex technical material into non-technical terms
• Demonstrated experience authoring minutes, managing agendas and coordinating task support
