Description
The Program Manager (PM) will serve as SAIC’s single Task Order (TO) manager and will be the authorized interface with the FEDSIM Contracting Officer, FEDSIM Contracting Officer’s Representative, and US Border Patrol (USBP) Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) for the TO. The PM will be accountable for the overall management of this TO. The PM will supervise program operation by developing management procedures and controls, planning and directing program execution, and monitoring and reporting progress. The PM will ensure proper management and control financial and administrative aspects of the program with respect to contract requirements. The PM is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the TO, to include both technical issues and businesses processes. It is required that the PM be an employee of SAIC and have the authority to make decisions on behalf of SAIC in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual, programmatic, and resource limitations issues.

Qualifications
Security Clearance: Current CBP background investigation public trust suitability determination
Education: Master of Arts/Master of Science degree
Certification: PMP/PgMP or DAWIA Level III Program Management
