Description
SAIC is seeking an experienced program integrator to provide wide-ranging support to a department-level office that facilitates the implementation of strategic capabilities to alleviate technical challenges facing the customer. This office also leads strategic research and development to provide mission advantage through emerging and disruptive technologies. The successful candidate will work with the Customer team to identify key Knowledge Management products/artifacts essential to capturing and enhancing the team’s business processes. S/he will facilitate the design and enhancement of team workflows and digital tools to integrate Knowledge Management products, enable access to data sources, improve data quality, and assist users with exploiting insights from data. Additional duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Establish frameworks that support the branch’s information architecture.
Participate in enterprise and inter-agency working groups to support the development of branch Knowledge Management activities.
Identify and document Knowledge Management requirements within the team, formulate Knowledge Management best practices, and integrate such practices with team business processes.
