Description

SAIC is seeking an experienced program integrator to provide wide-ranging support to a department-level office that facilitates the implementation of strategic capabilities to alleviate technical challenges facing the customer.  This office also leads strategic research and development to provide mission advantage through emerging and disruptive technologies.  The successful candidate will work with the Customer team to identify key Knowledge Management products/artifacts essential to capturing and enhancing the team’s business processes.  S/he will facilitate the design and enhancement of team workflows and digital tools to integrate Knowledge Management products, enable access to data sources, improve data quality, and assist users with exploiting insights from data.  Additional duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Establish frameworks that support the branch’s information architecture.

  • Participate in enterprise and inter-agency working groups to support the development of branch Knowledge Management activities.

  • Identify and document Knowledge Management requirements within the team, formulate Knowledge Management best practices, and integrate such practices with team business processes.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have current TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and at eight years of work experience.
  • Thorough understanding of Knowledge Management principals including creating, organizing, curating, and sharing data, tools, and workflows.
  • Strong understanding of records and data management including  creation, collection, processing, input, storage, retrieval, and disposition.
  • Knowledge of / experience with library services and systems.
  • Familiarity with organizational, cultural, and business-process change management.
  • Record of accomplishment supporting the customer on planning, implementing, and tracking team initiatives and deliverables.
  • Outstanding coordination skills and ability to build strong customer relationships, along with a high comfort level managing multiple requirements.
  • Strong executive presence with successful experience supporting customers of all levels, including providing regular status updates and briefings.
