SAIC is seeking to provide a Business Analyst to support the US Army Reserves Military Intelligence Readiness Command (MIRC).  The position is primarily on site; some limited remote telework may be available, subject to customer requirements.

Job Duties:

• Provide functions relating to designated Army support implementation as directed.
• Oversee personnel and program management, funding and contractual requirements for effective multi-project implementation.
• Analysis and application of personnel management and procedures from higher headquarters, advise on written correspondence regarding multiple military command programs.
• Review and analysis of internal controls, records management per Army regulations.
• Support to command long-range, strategic planning. 
• Advise the command on courses of action for modifications of Army procedures for process improvement to meet mission requirements.
• Develop administrative reports and documentation.
• Analysis and reports pertaining to Army processes and procedures.
• Provide data collection and analysis pertaining compliance to military program initiatives in accordance with command guidance.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirement:

• Bachelors and six (6) years of experience; four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree.

Required Security Clearance:

• Required Top Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

Required Experience:

• Experience with military internal controls, records management per Army regulations
• Understand of Army procedures for process improvement to meet mission requirements

Travel:

• Up to 30% of the time
