Provide a Digital Engineering strategy that meets the Government’s Digital Engineering methodology to establish and maintain a technical baseline, with automated technical impact tools, integrated modeling and simulation, and has traceability to the program technical solution

Refine Digital Engineering/MBSE standards, style guides, and conventions and coordinate the Digital Engineering infrastructure development

Oversee the creation and maintenance of SysML and Unified Architecture Framework (UAF)/Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) models in Cameo Enterprise Architect

Liaison with subject matter experts, analysts, architects, designers, system engineers, specialty engineers, and management to capture structure and behavior according to Government and Commercial (e.g., OMG) standards
Qualifications

Bachelor of Science and fourteen (14) years of related experience

Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI and be willing to consent to a CI polygraph examination

UPDM/UAF/DoDAF and/or SysML

Cameo Enterprise Architect, Sparx Enterprise Architect, DOORS/DOORS Next Generation, and/or Phoenix Integration ModelCenter and familiarity with various analytical and decisions aid tools (e.g. MatLab, STK, etc.)

INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional (SEP) certification and/or OMG Certified System Modeling Professional (OSCMP) certification
Target salary range: $200,001 - $225,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
