SAIC is seeking an experienced Sr Program Integrator to provide wide-ranging programmatic support to a Customer department-level front office that performs important research to ensure that future mission capabilities are ready for tomorrow’s challenging environment by collaborating with mission partners on new technologies to create fresh solutions to enhance technological capabilities. The successful candidate will directly support the Customer chief of staff and perform programmatic duties to ensure smooth daily operations in the front office. The candidate must be a self-starter who can work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Position duties include, but not limited to, the following:
Coordinate with stakeholders on department deliverables, activities, and requirements.
Track and coordinate priority tasks for chief of staff and other front office Customers.
Track personnel such as roster and space oversight, and check-in/check-out activities.
Ensure timely completion of Customer activities and requests.
Perform office management including purchases via customer databases, VTC/phone issues, property disposal, off site and all hands coordination, assistance with office move planning and renovations.
Ad-hoc support and issue resolution.
Current TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.
Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and at least 10 years of work experience.
Record of accomplishment supporting the customer on planning, implementing, and tracking team initiatives and deliverable
Outstanding coordination skills and ability to build strong customer relationships, along with a high comfort level managing multiple requirements.
Experience monitoring the Customer’s cable system and drafting cables for release.Expertise with MS Office suite of tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Hive, OneNote, or similar applications to manage and share program documentation and track activities.
Experience supporting a front office environment is a plus.
