Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Web Developer to be part of a dynamic team working on a cutting edge program in support of national security objectives. Candidate must show experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap - experience with additional languages is a plus. A successful candidate in this position will demonstrate a strong understanding of user experience and agile framework within the development lifecycle. You will provide subject matter expertise to interpret and implement customer requirements for a variety of web-based products. You w ill work among a team and feel comfortable in communicating technical capabilities and limitations in development to a wide audience with various levels of understanding to include: customers, stakeholders, product owners, UX researchers and UX/UI designers.

Duties may include:

- Participate in solutioning and coding for new artifacts or to update existing artifacts.

- Create and maintain system and web application configuration documentation for ongoing operations across all applicable domains.

- Distribute and maintain code bases across all applicable domains to include versioning history and back-ups.

- Maintain and track an Agile schedule in Jira and Confluence.

- Incorporate metadata standards to ensure adherence to guidelines and procedures.

- Incorporate and adhere to U.S. Web Design Standards for all user interfaces.

- Maintain testing procedures, scripts, and results for development and operational resources.

- Analyze, report and incorporate application test findings into pipeline backlog for necessary updates.

- Assist with resolution of issues and troubleshooting.

- Create and maintain user guides and provide user training.



- Active TS/SCI clearance

- Bachelor's degree and 11+ years of experience

- Demonstrated experience with at least 6 of the following languages/technologies:

- Angular, NodeJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular JS, Ajax, Representational State Transfer (REST), WebPackJS, Bootstrap JS, Linux, Solr and/or Python.

- Experience with back-end architecture and/or front-end, user experience design.

- Experience with a cloud-based or DevOps environment and/or open source capabilities (e.g. GITLab, Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), Jenkins, etc.). - Experience creating and/or maintaining configuration documentation for ongoing operation of resources. Desired

- Experience demonstrating cross-business maintenance/sustainment operations activity (e.g. outages, updates change requests, documentation, Concept of Operations (CONOPs), and Standard Operating Procedures.

- Experience creating and maintaining user guides, training, and/or other user-based documentation.

- Experience preparing briefing materials and facilitating live capability demonstrations for presentation to senior leadership.

- Minimum of 1 year experience operating code testing tools to identify vulnerabilities and security flaws (e.g. HP Fortify, etc.).

- Minimum of 1 year experience researching, understanding and/or implementing General Services Administration (GSA) 18F/U.S. Web Design Standards Framework.
