SAIC is seeking an All-Source Financial Threat Intelligence Analyst with a background in threat finance, who can apply technical and operational experience needed to make a difference for the warfighter and our Nation. The All-Source Intel Analyst will be a member of a small team within the MARFORCYBER team at Ft. Meade, Maryland.

The successful applicant will serve as a subject matter expert with a primary focus on supporting a small team of operations, engineering, and cyber subject matter experts, anticipating and responding to intelligence information and conducting extensive technical cyber target systems analysis. This individual will serve as the team interface with the larger intelligence community, champion effective and timely operations and intelligence integration, draft information requirements documents and support a variety of technical and non-technical writing and briefing requirements.

Experience working with US Government Departments including Federal Law Enforcement Agencies to disrupt and degrade the national security threats posed by drug trafficking, piracy, transnational organized crime, and threat finance networks reasonably related to illicit activities.

Qualifications

Education and experience:  

• Bachelor's degree and nine (9) years of experience; years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

Required skills:

• Experience working with US Government Departments including Federal Law Enforcement Agencies to disrupt and degrade the national security threats posed by drug trafficking, piracy, transnational organized crime, and threat finance networks reasonably related to illicit activities.
• Must have a demonstrated ability to utilize baseline production hardware, software, and applications required to perform all-source intelligence support, which include the following: Microsoft Office; Analyst Notebook; Palantir, Google Earth, Target Cop; Acrobat Adobe; Message Retriever Program (such as M3, TAC, RMT and Horizon).
• Experience in exchanging information, coordinating actions, and collaborative planning among multiple National level Government agencies in multi-agency, Joint, Coalition, or Interagency environment.
• Experience with public and private sectors to include industries, banking/finance, academic, scientific, and other non-Governmental sectors dealing with terrorism finance.
• Working knowledge of oversight and similar restrictions and laws applying to DoD intelligence and operational activity.
• Working knowledge of counterterrorist analytical framework, functional defeat model, and/or system-of-systems methodologies

Clearance requirement:

• Must have an active TS/SCI w/CI poly.

Desired experience:

• Certified Anti Money-Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification or other financial threat related certifications.
