JOB DESCRIPTION: The Customer organization in a new mission center is a recognized leader in the rapid evaluation, adaptation, and adoption of emerging, innovative, commercial start-up technologies.  It is staffed with personnel from across the entire customer organization who possess broad knowledge of their home office mission, systems, and technical challenges.  These personnel represent their mission needs to the Customer’s strategic investment partner who in turn seeks to deliver emerging technology solutions to solve the most critical mission challenges.

To support the organization, the Customer is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to serve as a Program Integrator.  As a critical member of the team, the Program Integrator will be responsible for a wide range of duties including coordinating with internal/external customers and stakeholders, monitoring job progress, analyzing changes, problem solving, functional integration, and business workflow management.  The candidate will provide assistance across the project team as necessary to maintain a well-run, high performing, integrated team.

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Current TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.
  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and at least eight years of work experience.
  • Track and monitor ongoing program activities and various initiatives.
  • Proven ability to plan and organize tasks independently.
  • Experience authoring cables to field sites highlighting specific information for passage to foreign partners.
  • Strong written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a full range of operational support activities for overseas missions.
  • Successful experience conducting multiple layers of research and writing summaries, reports, official correspondence, and guidance.
  • Provide thorough and knowledgeable briefings to customer management.
  • Manage and maintain foreign liaison partnerships within the program.
  • Manage the international workflow and interactions with critical partners CONUS and OCONUS, relevant mission center stakeholders, and field elements.
  • Maintain correspondence and manage engagement with liaison partners.
