Description

Provide acquisition and financial support to the FAA's Time-Based Flow Management (TBFM) program to support reviewing of TBFM contract deliverables. The position will be provided extensive administrative and using critical thinking and variety of financial applications, such as PRISM and Delphi system to support TBFM Contracting Officer’s Representative and customers.  

The Strategic Planner II will be responsible for maintaining and managing the Knowledge Services Network (KSN) SharePoint for:  

  • Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs)/Non-CDRLs  
  • TBFM Contract Reference associated with contractual documentation (Modifications and Invoices)  
  • Invoice Activity Log spreadsheet 
  • Master Modification (MOD) Tracker Spreadsheet   
  • Financial funding report  

Analyze items to identify financial funds and invoices if any issues, including reviewing weekly funding analysis and monthly basis invoices. This position is required to attend meetings. 

 Specific Job Functions:  

  • Obtaining status reports for KSN SharePoint for CDRLs and Informal CDRLs documents to the CDRL Reviewer Group.  
  • Review F&E and OPS Invoices provide feedback and ensure there are sufficient funds to cover the invoices by utilizing Delphi system.  
  • Interface directly with FAA clients and contractor teammates   

Qualifications

MINIMUM TANGIBLE QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Experience with PRISM and Delphi software systems.  
  • Knowledgeable of FAA accounting and FAA acquisition management policy and guidance  
  • Ability to collect and analyze financial report  
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills.   
  • Expertise with MS Office Suite.  
  • Capability to work independently or as a member of a project team. 

Education and Experience: Bachelor of Arts/Science Degree and 6 years experience. Would consider Associate's degree and 10 years of related experience, or 15 years of related experience, in lieu of degree. 

US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
