SAIC is seeking a proactive and agile Task Lead to coordinate activities and requirements with mission managers and technical teams; prepare executive-level briefings; manage the project’s budget; and track project status and milestones in support of the National Counterintelligence and Security Center (NCSC).  As a pivotal member of this team, you will regularly interface and coordinate with mission users, technical subject matter experts, and Directorate leadership on NCSC’s technical tools and capabilities.

The ideal candidate is able to operate in a fast-paced environment and pivot between multiple activities while managing tasks efficiently; can proactively identify obstacles and recommend actions; has familiarity with information technology and development cycles; and has experience developing executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing executive-level roadmaps and placemats
  • Managing and executing the project budget, to include providing status updates on requirements and potential budget shortfalls
  • Liaising with mission users and relaying their requirements to the technical teams
  • Creating executive-level presentations and talking points for Directorate leadership, highlighting the current and future state of the program and tools
  • Identifying and deconstructing milestones and detailed tasks related to tool development and deployment
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings; developing read-ahead materials; and tracking action items and milestones
  • Providing detailed progress updates and activity status; developing weekly activity reports highlighting accomplishments and planned activities
  • Maintaining awareness and familiarity of the technical tools, to include functionality and the purpose and benefits

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph
  • Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more of related experience; Masters and thirteen (13) years or more experience; PhD or JD and ten (10) years or more experience.
  • 3-5 years’ experience within an IC Agency, preferably ODNI
  • Experience developing executive-level briefings and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience using Microsoft Project to track activities and deliverables
  • Experience with budget execution and submitting and tracking BCRs
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence

Desired:

  • Ability to work in a dynamic mission environment which requires balancing competing priorities and schedules
  • Familiarity with IT projects and development cycles
