JOB DESCRIPTION:  SAIC is seeking a Senior Systems Integrator to join a proactive and impactful team that gathers and analyzes data to provide business analytics insights to help the Customer understand and make important resource decisions to enhance mission effectiveness.  The candidate will coordinate closely with the Customer on planning, communications, workflow design, resource management, and task oversight for the diverse portfolio of business analytics projects undertaken by the team.  The successful candidate must:

• Design and orchestrate workflows, business rules, processes, and SOP’s.
• Assist with managing and creating project plans to clarify the intelligence issue to be solved and develop proposed courses of action.
• Assist the project teams with managing and adjudicating and prioritizing incoming requirements and devising proposed solutions.
• Write requirements for projects and assist with developing schedules and adhering to them.
• Author program status reports, meeting notes, action-tracking, communications, and other documentation.
• Author presentations and participate in executive-level meetings and briefings.

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Required Qualifications:

• Current TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical/science field (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and at least ten years of related experience.
• Solid work experience with developing written program/project plans that capture requirements, roadmaps, constraints, schedules, milestones, resource needs, and budget.
• Understanding of Customer organization, mission, security environment, constraints, technical landscape, and strategic direction.
• Successful experience supporting customers of all levels, including excellent facilitation skills and the ability to provide regular status updates and briefings.
• Outstanding coordination skills, attention to detail, and ability to build strong customer relationships, along with a high comfort level managing multiple requirements.
• Expertise with MS Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and Outlook.
• Working experience with JIRA/Confluence to capture and document project plans and status updates.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working with business and/or mission data (i.e. data tracking, compliance, management plans).
• Experience working with Sponsor approval data governance systems and processes.
• Experience supporting program applications and system deploments (i.e. C2S or on-prem environments.).
• Experience with SCRUM or development methodologies.
