Description
SAIC is seeking a Systems Engineering Business Process Analyst to join our team. SAIC provides specialized analysis, engineering, design, and operations support to a variety of USG Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) customers. We support development of next generation and generation after next national security systems based on land, at sea, in air, and in space.
The Systems Engineering (SE) Business Process Analyst (BPA) supports a USG System Program Office (SPO) in an SE process and data management capacity for engineering and integration of space systems. As an individual contributor and integral team member, the SE BPA works with high-performing systems engineers and acquisition specialists developing and applying lifecycle Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) practices to deliver new and innovative systems. Specifically, the SE BPA serves onsite with USG and other contractor personnel delivering SEIT expertise to include the following support functions:
- Development, documentation, and evaluation of SEIT plans, processes, and procedures.
- Capture of lessons learned and application to continuous SEIT process improvement.
- Assembly, integration, and control of baseline system data, information, knowledge, and artifacts.
- Development of data analysis tools and prototype dashboards enabling discovery and insight into system development and delivery status.
- Collection of customer needs and crafting of solutions to improve their information and knowledge management experience.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with/Poly.
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or 3 years with Masters.
- High quality writing skills.
- Creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High work ethic to produce quality deliverables in a timely manner based on USG request.
- Quality communication skills supporting written reports, leading customer meetings, group discussion, and oral briefings.
- Experienced in business process analysis and process development.
- Experienced in data management, information management, and digital collaboration methods and tools.
