Description
SAIC is seeking a Strategic Integrator. Assist with developing, improving, and promulgating nuclear safety, security, accountability, control, reliability, emergency/disaster response and recovery, and training for U.S and allied partner forces. This position provides integration between the DTRA Nuclear Enterprise Directorate and the DTRA Strategic Initiatives Directorate.This position is onsite at Ft. Belvoir.
Responsibilities:
- Liaison between DTRA Nuclear Enterprise (NE), and DTRA Strategic Initiatives (SI) Directorate.
- Assist in development of Strategic Plans in support of Geographic Combatant Command Operations Plans and Concept Plans.
- Advise and assist in the development of NE visions, goals and objectives.
- Attend SI working groups where NE participation is requested.
- Assist in strategic planning of NE initiatives and the coordination of these efforts. Provide subject matter expertise on DTRA NE capabilities to DTRA SI.
Qualifications
- Bachelors and ten (10) years or more of related experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and five (5) years or more experience.
- Experience with Military Decision Making Process.
- Experience developing Strategic Plans and Operations Orders.
- Experience with Exercise planning.
- Knowledge of DTRA and the Department of Defense.
- Poised speaker comfortable interacting with Senior Government Leaders.
