We are currently seeking technology-savvy, talented, and motivated Operational Computer Systems Analysts to manage the functionality of new and existing computer and telecommunications systems and networks. You will have the opportunity to work with multi-disciplined engineering teams and organizations to investigate technical issues and propose and implement mitigation strategies and corrective actions for mission-critical systems and networks. Your talents, perspectives, and efforts will contribute directly to enhancing intelligence collection and analysis systems of national importance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Interprets and investigates observed and/or reported problems, including but not limited to functional, performance, and processing issues, for mission-critical computing applications, systems, and networks
  • Monitors and reports operational status of mission-critical computing applications, systems, and subsystems within computing infrastructure
  • Works with system users to understand and translate user requests and issues into technical diagnoses, and develops strategies and mitigation approaches to respond with technical solutions that meet or exceed expectations
  • Installs, removes, replaces, and supports the disposition of desktop systems

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or similar discipline, plus two (2) or more years of relevant experience. An Associate’s degree and four (4) years of relevant experience may be acceptable in lieu of a degree if the experience includes application and/or systems administration and information technology management and/or support.
  • Must have demonstrated network or systems administration experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Desired:

  • Customer service experience for mid-, large-, and enterprise-scale information systems
