JOB DESCRIPTION:  SAIC is seeking a Senior Systems Integrator (SI) to support the Customer with multitasking capabilities to work with a talented team.  The successful candidate will apply their acumen across multiple platforms to enhance the program. 

 The program is an innovative enterprise effort supporting the broader Customer organization.  The selected candidate will provide expert-level systems integration for the structure and governance of this effort.  The candidate will be a member of a dynamic team of unique specialists and interact with a wide spectrum of personnel to maintain and successfully advance critical items for the program. 

 The SI will provide a total system integration perspective including establishing cross team and cross community relationships.  The SI will work external to the team with program users to identify and gather requirements to improve the program’s success.  The SI will work internally to coordinate work and communication across multiple development and support teams.  The SI will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of other SI support and for coordinating with staff personnel to document program requirements.  The SI will create, draft, and review program documentation including schedules and will create formal review documentation for presentations.  This includes, but is not limited to, developing portfolio documentation such as planning documents and schedules, documenting meeting results, tracking action items, developing briefings such as project overviews, building charts required for ad-hoc meetings, and coordinating project events. 

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Required Qualifications:

  • Current TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.
  • Bachelors degree and six (6) or more years of related experience. Masters and four (4) or more years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as a certified operations officer, along with demonstrated operational experience.
  • Demonstrated counterintelligence experience.
  • Experience conducting operational research using the Customer’s tools and techniques.
  • Extensive knowledge of operational tradecraft skills; application of collection tools and the laws and regulations governing operational activities.
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant U.S. regulatory policy issues related to operations (both foreign and domestic), investigations, and technology.
  • Demonstrated success interacting with senior officials from IC, law enforcement, or foreign governments.
  • Strong ability to network across the intelligence community.
  • Demonstrated experience working with U.S. patent and trade office.
  • Demonstrated experience providing end-to-end system integration support including a strong technical understanding of engineering development and production.
  • Demonstrated experience providing system integration for operational field support.
  • Demonstrated experience providing planning for software, hardware, and communications on high production mission critical systems.
  • Demonstrated experience working with non-FAR based agreements to include Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADA) and Partnership Intermediary Agreements (PIA).
  • Demonstrated experience working with PIA providers.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating with team members for problem solutions, risk reduction, and user satisfaction; and making recommendations as needed on test and evaluation strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience developing educational training programs for scientists.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of intellectual property law, intellectual property evaluation, and/or contracts, especially as it pertains to the organization’s setting.
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with researchers or technical staff in intellectual property matters.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, peers, academics, and other professionals, including external agencies, with varied interests and perspectives.
  • Demonstrated experience writing official communications on customer systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with copy writing and copy editing.
  • Demonstrated experience using the Customer’s official communication system.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience facilitating integration efforts to support the Customer’s modernization efforts to include a full understanding and experience operating in an IT franchise business model.
  • Demonstrated experience managing artifact configurations for high visibility and enterprise level systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with the Customer’s modernization efforts and migration strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience with data management.
