We are currently seeking talented and career-minded Software Engineers to leverage their technical expertise to design, develop, integrate, test, and enhance complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, and manipulation of extremely large data sets) for a Mission customer. Your talents, perspectives, and efforts will contribute directly to enhancing intelligence collection and analysis applications and systems of national importance.
Responsibilities include:
- Design, develop and modify software applications and systems, using scientific analysis, statistical analysis, and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design
- Develop software solutions by analyzing system performance standards, confer with users or system engineers; analyze systems flow, data usage and work processes; and investigate problem areas
- Design or implement complex algorithms requiring adherence to strict timing, system resource, or interface constraints
- Provide specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the-shelf /Government Off-the-shelf in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components
Qualifications
Mid-level Software Engineer role:
Required qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or similar discipline. Course work completed must include the following foundational computer science disciplines: computer architecture; algorithm design and development; programming languages and methodologies; data structures; and computational logic.
- Two or more (2+) years of relevant software development experience.
- Relevant experience must include demonstrated software development experience, including all phases of the software development process/lifecycle (e.g., requirements analysis, design, development, component testing, integration, integration testing, deployment/installation, and sustainment)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Desired qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or similar discipline.
Senior Software Engineer role:
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or similar discipline. Course work completed must include the following foundational computer science disciplines: computer architecture; algorithm design and development; programming languages and methodologies; data structures; and computational logic.
- Five or more (5+) years of relevant software development experience.
- Relevant experience must include demonstrated software development experience, including all phases of the software development process/lifecycle (e.g., requirements analysis, design, development, component testing, integration, integration testing, deployment/installation, and sustainment)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
Desired qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or similar discipline.
Principal Software Engineer role:
Required qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or similar discipline. Course work completed must include the following foundational computer science disciplines: computer architecture; algorithm design and development; programming languages and methodologies; data structures; and computational logic.
- Eight or more (8+) years of relevant software development experience.
- Relevant experience must include demonstrated software development experience, including all phases of the software development process/lifecycle (e.g., requirements analysis, design, development, component testing, integration, integration testing, deployment/installation, and sustainment)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Desired qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or similar discipline.
Senior Principal Software Engineer role:
Required qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or similar discipline. Course work completed must include the following foundational computer science disciplines: computer architecture; algorithm design and development; programming languages and methodologies; data structures; and computational logic.
- Eleven or more (11+) years of relevant software development experience.
- Relevant experience must include demonstrated software development experience, including all phases of the software development process/lifecycle (e.g., requirements analysis, design, development, component testing, integration, integration testing, deployment/installation, and sustainment)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Desired qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or similar discipline.
