SAIC is seeking ALL LEVELS of Desktop Support in various locations to support the US Army Corps of Engineers Revolutionary IT Services (USACE RITS) program to provide second-tier support to end-users for PC, server, mainframe applications, and hardware and interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem. Handle escalated tickets from first-tier help desk support.
NOTE: We have positions available fully onsite in each of the following locations: Ft. Worth, TX; Royal, AR; St. Louis, MO; Pierre, SD; Nashville, TN; Mobile, AL; Enid, MS; Little Rock, AR; Huntsville, AL; The Dalles, OR and Portland, OR.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
