SAIC is seeking a results-driven project lead to provide project management support for the National Counterintelligence and Security Center.  The candidate will oversee the operational aspects of ongoing project activity by engaging with various stakeholders to understand the requirements and deliverables for the Center’s technology programs; setting milestones and tracking progress; and effectively communicating future needs to meet the customer’s mission.

The ideal candidate is proactive and results-driven, with an ability to multi-task and collaborate with various stakeholders on the progress of actions against identified milestones; have effective communication skills; and have familiarity and experience with Agile methodology and JIRA.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders on requirements documentation and tracking progress status
  • Assisting with the technical translations of customer requirements
  • Assessing and understanding the various reporting requirements and identifying the optimal methods to produce tailored reports
  • Creating roadmaps and conveying milestones and reasonable delivery times to customer leadership
  • Tracking the status of deliverables and ensuring on-time delivery
  • Strategically assessing requirements against the customer’s vision and providing recommendations for future requirements and possible alternative solutions
  • Effectively communicating potential issues to the customer in a timely manner and engaging stakeholders to develop resolutions and mitigate risk
  • Planning and managing the realization of benefits through the integration of new capabilities within business practices to meet the strategic benefits of the program.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly required
  • Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more of related experience; Masters and thirteen (13) years or more experience; PhD or JD and ten (10) years or more experience.
  • 3-5 years’ experience within an IC Agency, preferably ODNI
  • Experience with the MS Office Suite

Desired:

  • Ability to work in a dynamic mission environment which requires balancing competing priorities and schedules.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and JIRA
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of technical writing and work flow process identification and documentation.
  • IT technical knowledge and experience
