SAIC is seeking Current Operations Support Planner to work onsite with our customer at Ft. Meade, MD.
This position is contingent upon contract award. If awarded, work will begin in May 2023.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Be familiar with all current operations through the phases of planning, approval and mission execution.
- Provide leadership with situational awareness of projects, Crisis Action Teams and current operations activities supporting Operational Planning Teams across the command.
- Assist with technical development and tracking of order to include Task Orders (TASKORD), Operations Plans (OPLANS), Operations Orders (OPORDs), Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs) and other planning documents as required.
- Coordinate with cyber elements to obtain information for slides, briefings, presentations, reports or other situational awareness products.
- Provide for the development, setup and execution of Commander’s Update Briefs, Operations and Intelligence updates, Command and Staff Briefs and other command battle rhythm events up to the Top Secret (TS) Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) levels.
Qualifications
Required Education and experience:
- Five (5) years of direct experience with military cyberspace operation and/or the military planning process.
- BA or BS, or nine (9) or more years of cyberspace operation experience.
Required Experience:
- Experience working with Service and Joint Planning Staffs
- Understand military planning processes
Required clearance:
- Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance with a CI Poly dated within 5 years.
Desired experience:
- Direct experience with military cyberspace operations or computer network operations
- Direct experience with the Cyber Mission Force.
- DOD 8570 IAT level 1 or 2 certification
- GPC and or INDOPACOM
