SAIC is seeking an Offensive Cyber Operations Fires Planner to work onsite with our customer at Ft. Meade, MD.

This position is contingent upon contract award. If awarded, work will begin in May 2023.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
•    Provide subject matter expertise to the client through all phases of planning, approval and execution of operations.
•    Maintain situation awareness of projects, Crisis Action Teams and current operations activities supporting Operational Planning Teams.
•    Assist with the development and tracking of orders.
•    Conduct target list management to ensure that targets are current and relevant to the  Commander's objectives.
•    Conduct internal coordination to ensure technical and capability development efforts match the  Commander's priorities.
•    Write concepts of operations and tactical plans to meet mission objectives.
•    Facilitate the preparation of the Joint Targeting Working Group (JTWG), Joint Targeting Coordination Meeting (JCTM) and the Joint Targeting Coordination Board (JTCB).

Qualifications

Required Experience:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Fires and/or Targeting. 
• Bachelor's degree, or additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree
• Must have attended and completed Joint Targeting School.  
• Experience and training with Joint Planning Process (formal schooling preferred) and non-kinetic fires integration.  
• Must possess strong attention to detail, organization, communication, analytical, and problem solving skills.

Required clearance:

• Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance with a CI Poly dated within 5 years. 

Desired experience:

• Experience in support of Service, COCOM or Joint Staff cyberspace operations.
• Ability to develop briefs at General Officer and SES level. 
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.  
• DOD 8570 IAT Level 1 or Level 2 certification.
• Direct experience with military cyberspace operations or computer network operations
• Direct experience with the Cyber Mission Force.
• GPC and or INDOPACOM
