SAIC’s National Intelligence Community (NIC) Business Unit, USG Mission and Information Technology Division, is seeking a Web Developer who will develop and design software user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design for biometric systems.

Qualifications

• Required:
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph
  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline. Note that years of experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Five (5) or more years of demonstrated experience in one or more of the following web development activities:
    • Producing high-quality UX design solution through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
    • Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation buttons, navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for a biometric system
    • Developing UI/UX utilizing Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite
    • Understanding the end-to-end system concept of operations, application features and capabilities, and user’s usage patterns
    • Integrating accessibility standards into modern web methods
    • Connecting multiple data sources across multiple domains and boundaries within
• Desired:
  • Demonstrated experience with the security accreditation process
  • Demonstrated experience integrating new technologies and innovative processes or methodologies into a secure environment
  • Demonstrated experience using Vue.js, Tailwind CSS, and Headless UI
