SAIC is hiring a Cyber Security Analyst / Firewall Analyst to join our team in Pyongtaek, Korea !
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Orchestrate the project end-to-end from a Firewall Security Perspective.
- Analyzes Firewall Security discovery information and determines requirements for the migration.
- Provide Firewall gap analysis at the start of the project.
- Directs team members and reviews results.
- De-conflict inconsistencies between engineering implementation plans (EIPs ) and directs changes to EIP author.
- Maintain current network diagram for COIBase (end-to-end).
- Control all variables and allocations e.g. IP Addresses, Firewall configurations, VRFs, shims, process IDs, etc.
- Identify and communicate firewall security requirements to Tools and CND teams. This includes acceptable Deadlines tracked by PM Track task status against ASI schedule and adjusts implementations as required.
- Contractor shall perform Cybersecurity designated and appointed roles and actions involving secure configuration compliance validation via government designated tools and resources, to include, Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) Security Center and Nessus scanner administration, Continuous Monitoring and Risk Scoring (CMRS) and other approved DOD compliance solutions, enclave security administration, Host Based Security System (HBSS) administration, Intrusion Detection System (IDS) / Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) or integrated service in next generation firewall administration, enterprise endpoint security administration, Cross Domain Solution (CDS) administration, RMF input, product generation, support, scans, checks and configuration management administration and government designated support to preparation and inspection by the Command Cyber Readiness Inspection (CCRI) compliance as determined by the government guidance and directives and applicable governance.
- Contractor shall perform Cybersecurity actions IAW official government guidelines and directives, which currently include but are not limited to Information Assurance.
- Vulnerability Management notifications (IAVM), DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) guidelines, and Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).
- We are seeking expert experience in three or more of the following security devices:
- Cisco ASA Firewalls Cisco RAVPN concentrators Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama Juniper Firewalls F5 load balancers Bluecoats Proxy servers (WCF,FWP,RWP)
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors and seven (7) years or more related experience; Masters and five (5) years or more related experience; High School diploma and eleven (11) years or more related experience.
- In-depth protocol analysis, with tools such as tcpdump
CERTIFICATIONS:
- All personnel must be ITIL Foundation certified at time of contract start (may be able to obtain within 30-90 days)
- Must be at least Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level III certified. Must have any one of the following certifications at a minimum IAT III:
- IAT Level III - CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP or Associate, GCED, or GCIH)
- Must have a Computing Environment certification computing environment (e.g. Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Windows, McAfee, Symantec, etc.)
CLEARANCE:
- Must have an active/current secret clearance
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Cisco MPLS (Multi Protocol Label Switching) BGP routing. (Border Gateway Protocol) Standup of Remote access Virtual Private Networks(RAVPN) Military/DoD security architectures JRSS familiarity CISCO or Palo Alto Certifications
