SAIC is looking for a Program Analyst to support the day-to-day operational aspects of our AEA International team's ongoing projects and serves as liaison for all project management and planning, project team, and other government agents and functional support areas. This position will be located in our Point Mugu, CA location. In addition, the Program Analyst:

• Manages the program artifacts supporting status of projects and budgets; assists in project scheduling and the status reporting to IPT leadership and Stakeholders.
• Tracks project issues and the mitigations for resolution to enable sustainment of productivity, quality, and milestone succession.
• Assists in monitoring project progress and ongoing Risk/Opportunity & problem solving actions of the various project managers.
• Responsibilities may include support for development of budgets and schedules to meet project requirements, monitoring and reporting performance against plans to promote cost and schedule objectives satisfaction.  
• Will work in an area of security and practices to protect certain government information.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelors and three (3) years’ experience; seven (7) years of related experience without a degree.

• Experienced with MS office products and computer skills. 
• Experience in various record keeping and tracking.

• Must have an active Secret security clearance.

• Experience with Military Administrative and security program management.

 

Target salary range: $65,001 - $75,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
