Job Description


JOB DESCRIPTION: Come be a part of the SAIC team in Fort Meade MD, where we help address the nation’s most pressing and complex challenges. SAIC works with our customers on missions that strengthen security and safety and protect the basic values of our society. We have an opening for a motivated, dedicated and energetic Sr Project Coordinator to support a recently awarded program supporting the Intelligence Community.  

The Project Coordinator will assist individual GVT program managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership with comprehensive monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio. Perform holistic analysis across multiple contracts and government activities to identify cost, schedule and performance concerns for a program or initiative. Perform cross-program analysis to assist in responding to Investment Portfolio (IP) actions and producing execution reports. Draft acquisition and program documents such as TTOs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Risk Management Plans, program schedules, Technical CICA memorandums, and Acquisition Strategies. Prepare presentations to report analysis findings as well as program/portfolio status.  Applicants can specialize in Acquisition, Finance, Project management and/or Contracts Management. 


TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:  Multiple skill levels and career specialties are needed for this skill area.  Applicants can specialize in Acquisition, Finance, Project management or Contracts Management.  Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.  Applicants MUST have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph.

PI L3 - Bachelors and twelve (12) years or more of related experience required.  In lieu of degree, a certification as a PMP, CFCM, or DAWIA L3 plus three (3) additional yrs experience, or fifteen teen (15) total years of experience may be substituted.  Seventeen (17) years of directly related experience is required in lieu of degree or certification.
