Description

SAIC is seeking a Program Operations Analyst to provide acquisition support to the Space Systems Command (SSC)/BCT by performing analysis, building requirements, site development work, and system prototyping for future space system acquisitions. This position is located in El Segundo, California.
 
Job Duties: 
  • Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
  • Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
  • Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and client.
  • Responsible for ensuring contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are being accomplished including working on the definition and implementation of project planning techniques to provide visibility on the contract
  • Responsibilities may include developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program, participating in and establishing and defining program plan requirements, and monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of related experience
  • Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance; ability to pass and maintain a CI Poly
  • DoD Acquisition & Fielding Experience
  • Space Domain Experience
  • U.S. Citizenship Required
Desired:
  • Construction & Build experience
  • Coordination and understanding of processes related to construction on DoD Installations     
  • Radio Frequency (RF) & Radio Wave Propagation experience
  • Optical Communications Experience

 


Target salary range: $125,001 - $150,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
