Description
SAIC is looking for a Technical Targeter to support an important and exciting mission area with strategic and tactical relevance. The successful candidate will apply their deep analytic background to help the customer perform technical targeting to support mission needs. The candidate must be able to operate independently to meet the requirements of the position. Excellent attention to detail, responsiveness to customer needs and an analytic curiosity are important. Delivery of high quality and timely products to address requests is essential. This position in located in Reston, VA.
Qualifications
Required:
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
- Minimum of 8 years relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience as an analyst/technical targeter
- Experience specifying analytic requirements to support program objectives in telecommunications
- Experience summarizing analysis into briefings/reports to document the methodology used and the results obtained
- Familiarity with analytic and targeting tools to support analysis using quantitative and qualitative approaches
- Ability to research new telecommunication technologies
- Experience maintaining awareness of data sources and analytic methods to offer new insights and respond to urgent requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others
- Ability to manage multiple targeting priorities and to complete tasks in a timely manner
Desired:
- Bachelors’ degree or higher
- Familiarity with the fundamentals of communications
- Experience drafting correspondence for the field
