SAIC is hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst to join the THADD ICOFT X86 Team located in Huntsville, AL.
The candidate will be responsible for participating in document and code peer-reviews, verifying peer review findings to ensure they are in accordance with standards, reviewing and performing verification for system level requirements located within DOORS, and ensuring that all requirements are verifiable and quantifiable. In addition the candidate will handle the generation, quality revisions and editing of the Requirements Verification Cross Reference Matrix, verifying the execution of system integration testing and final acceptance testing, identifying noncompliance issues and monitoring the corrective action plan to completion. The candidate will provide schedule status on quality activities, coordinate & conduct scheduled and unscheduled audits, perform trend analysis of noncompliance issues and confirm all appropriate quality reviews are conducted prior to the release of deliverables. The candidate will be responsible with collecting and analyzing the quality measures for the project and making recommendations to the Quality Lead on process and improvements. Preparing reports, reviewing technical data packages for adherence to the project scope, standards and methodologies, and program requirements will be standard. The candidate will be responsible with recommending process improvements as related to quality on process standards throughout the software life cycle. Familiarity with the Rationale Unified Process (RUP), S3I EPIC Process and templates is desired.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience; Masters and 0 years related experience; additional four (4) years experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Required Clearance:
- Must have an active Secret Security Clearance. US citizenship is required.
Required Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- CMMI software processes
- ISO-9001 Hardware processes
- DOORS experience
- JIRA experience
- Familiar with the Drawings Model Product Data Management
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication and writing skills
Desired Skills:
- Systems analysis, design, implementation and support task
- Integration and testing with hardware in the loop
