Description
SAIC is seeking an Army Air and Missile Defense (AMD) Subject Matter Expert in Austin, TX to support the modernization of the US Army for the US Army Futures Command in analysis, tracking and reporting of activities of a Cross Functional Team. The customer organization we support provides the enterprise architecting, analysis, and systems engineering solutions that will determine the future integrated systems.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Facilitate daily operations of the plans, schedules, and assignments associated with the Cross Functional Team (CFT) key focus areas of current activities and Science and Technology (S&T) plans
- Direct and oversee the receipt, tasking, tracking and closure of all internal and external tasks and correspondence
- Execute the action tracking process to include receiving, recording and tracking action items and coordinating responses with multiple internal and external offices. Analyze each item received to determine appropriate dissemination for action, coordination, and/or information
- Monitor progress on actions, prepare periodic reports on action status and keep leadership aware of late, pending and new actions maintaining action status lo
- Provide statistical reporting and position justification for Congressional and Intelligence Community reports
- This position requires the ability to work with multiple organizations to estimate time and material cost for projects. The ability to lead a group of technical support personnel, lead and/or serve as a member of a team, and interact with customers on a daily basis
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors and ten (10)+ years of related experience; experience accepted in lieu of degree
- Background in military operations
- Demonstrated experience in Army Air and Missile Defense (AMD)
REQUIRED CLEARANCE:
- Must have an active Secret Clearance and ability to obtain a Top Secret with SCI eligibility
- Must be a current US Citizen
