Description

Qualified candidate will provide support to Headquarters United States Air Force (AF/A10) Strategic Deterrence and Nuclear Integration, Capabilities Division (AF/A10C).

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, develop, and present talking points, briefing slides, meeting read-aheads and other materials as requested for GO/SES forums
  • Coordinate for and gather schedules from numerous organizations
  • Arrange schedules and merge into a single master schedule
  • Ensure all action points, milestones, etc. are arranged correct in time or identified as differing between products
  • Denote which events MUST happen in series, MAY happen in series, or are available for execution based on other factors
  • Highlight the critical path to mission accomplishment (FOC at the destined location)
  • Adjust event associations and accompanying critical path when actions are accelerated, delayed, truncated, removed, etc
  • Identify and note existing and potential risk areas 
  • Generate graphic and text products that support daily use, senior leader decision-making, and as requested/directed
  • Identify and organize cross-functional relationships and dependencies

Qualifications

  • Possess and maintain an active Secret clearance
  • BA/BS and ten years experience or MA/MS and eight years experience
  • Excellent Written Communication  Skills
  • Excellent Oral Communication Skills

Desired Experience and Skills:

  • Expertise in PERT and GANTT chart software; e.g. MS Project, MS Visio
  • Experience with Project management
