SAIC is seeking a Senior PMO Analyst to support the Business Operations Group (BOG) within ODNI. The PMO Analyst will apply knowledge and experience in Project Management Operations, industry best practices, business process re-engineering, the development of standard operating procedures, PMO metrics, roadmaps, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Governance and control; implementing standards across the portfolio
• Tracking, monitoring and updating status of program deliverables
• Application of processes to ensure data currency, validity, and relevance
• Maintain library of PMO documents, build a repository of project templates for both technical and management to support the Project Managers
• Develop Project Management guidelines, and training modules
• Create technical implementation guides
• Translates business processes into workflows and dashboards
• Updating and keeping current organizational IT lifecycle documentation and supporting materials pertaining to both Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies – engage in defining, developing and keeping current engineering (SDLC) and architecture artifacts and standard; providing oversight of Enterprise SDLC reviews, including change management to ensure compliance with standards and required guidance
• Supporting IT roadmap updates
• Maintaining the artifacts related to the process of providing guidance and expertise on applicability of industry standards and best practices such as ITIL, CMMI, SAFe, Agile and DevOps and other leading industry practices

Qualifications

•  
• Active TS/SCI w/ Poly is Required
• Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years of relevant experience against position requirements (Additional experience can be substituted for degree +2 years for associates, +4 years for HS, -2 years for Masters, -4 years for PhD)
• PMP Certification
• 14+ years of overall related work experience
• 3+ years of recent PMO support

Desired:

• 3-5 years’ experience within an IC Agency, preferably ODNI, PgMP
