Description
SAIC is looking for a Program Analyst to assist with many aspects of supporting our purchasing and project management teams. This position will sit in Panama City, Florida.
Job Description:
- Credit card purchasing
- Tracking of purchases and funds
- Working with vendors on pricing and freight
- Entering Purchase Action Requests and Purchase Requisitions
- Generating Sole Source Requisitions
- Attending weekly status report meetings
- Assist with deliveries
- Limited travel
- Not a remote position/ must be on-site
- Support our procurement efforts, working with multiple suppliers and manufacturers.
- Will perform internet searches to obtain vendor and pricing information and/or work with sales reps to obtain quotes and lead times.
- Maintain accurate records for audit purposes.
- Will follow up with vendors and make sure delivery schedules are maintained.
Qualifications
Required Education:
Bachelors and zero (0) years of experience required; four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced procurement environment.
- Must be organized and able to multi-task.
- Proficient with MS Office Products, in particular Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Must be flexible with rapidly evolving priorities.
Clearance:
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a full Secret clearance.
