SAIC is seeking two (2) experienced Military Operations Liaison to provide program support of the Pacific Multi-Domain Training and Experimentation Capability program between the United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) J7 and the Army. This position will be located in Pearl City, Hawaii.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in development of Strategic Operations, Activities and Investments in support of the Geographic Combatant Command Pacific Multi-Domain Training and Experimentation Campaign (PMTEC) Plan.
- Support the development of operational concepts, requirements, and architectural designs that support PMTEC.
- Ability to work across other Services components.
- Flexible personality and approach to work: self-motivated and willing to multi-task.
- Assist in the development of products that articulate Service contributions to the PMTEC program.
- Contributes to the development of new concepts and investments to further link ranges and training areas across the Indo-Pacific.
- Develop briefings and assessments to a variety of audiences, and convey information in a clear and articulate manner to Government leadership.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- BS and nine (9) years or more experience; four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Mid- level to Senior Officer experience within the Army.
- Experience with exercise planning a must
- Experience in military (USA preferred) operations and training activities.
- Knowledge of military planning and requirements generation processes.
- Experience with in the Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training environments.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communications skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and work independently.
REQUIRED CLEARANCE:
- Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
